Working with You During the Building Process

RPC provides complete design build services, providing end-to-end responsibility and expertise. In the design build process, we work with you from concept to completion to ensure that every small detail is carried out in the finished product. This process allows you to have complete control over every aspect of your home. Once you have contacted RPC, you can rest assured knowing that we are in close communication with the best industry professionals.

Design

In the design phase, you become a member of our team by outlining your needs, budget, and timeline. We then work with a network of design professionals to craft a plan that meets your every expectation. RPC invests as much time as necessary to fully understand your vision. The plan is not put into action until every detail is worked into the blueprint.

Once the design is approved, we prepare a full-cost estimate and time schedule to ensure that you know everything upfront, ensuring no surprises along the way.

Build

In the build phase, we work with subcontractors from each discipline, from plumbers to electricians to HVAC experts, to complete the project on time and within budget. All of our homeowners receive weekly data sheets via e-mail indicating where the home team is at in the process. Even if you are unable to visit the site, you remain in touch with the progress of your home. We are typically ready to hand over the keys within 90 to 100 days, barring unusual delays.
